Job Qualification Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable professional experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, vegetation management, or a closely related field.

Any adjusted wage will be determined by the employer based on the employee's qualifications and the value and suitability of the tools provided.

Benefits and Working Conditions:

Full-time employment, approximately 40 hours per week.
Hourly wage of $7.50–$13.98 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
Employees who provide approved personal tools or equipment may be considered for a higher wage within or, where legally permissible, above the posted wage range.
Overtime may be available based on business and project requirements and will be compensated in accordance with applicable law.

Employees who have their own professional-grade tools and wish to use them for company work may request authorization to do so. Approval is subject to inspection and confirmation that the tools are safe, suitable, properly maintained, and appropriate for the assigned work.

Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Landscape and Property Maintenance Worker to perform comprehensive landscaping, grounds maintenance, vegetation management, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, and site improvement activities for residential, commercial, and government properties.

The successful candidate must have substantial hands-on experience performing professional landscape and property maintenance work for an established and reputable landscaping, facilities maintenance, property management, construction, grounds maintenance, or similar company. The position requires the ability to independently perform physically demanding outdoor work, safely operate commercial-grade landscaping and maintenance equipment, work in difficult terrain and overgrown areas, and complete assignments in accordance with professional quality and safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform comprehensive landscape and grounds maintenance for large and small properties, including mowing, edging, trimming, brush cutting, vegetation control, planting, seeding, pruning, and general landscape care.
Operate commercial-grade brush cutters, weed trimmers, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws where authorized, blowers, pressure washers, and other powered landscaping and maintenance equipment.
Perform extensive brush cutting and vegetation clearing in heavily overgrown, uneven, difficult-to-access, and densely vegetated areas.
Conduct jungle clearing and vegetation management, including removal of tall grass, weeds, vines, brush, invasive vegetation, fallen branches, and other unwanted growth.
Clear vegetation around buildings, fences, drainage areas, walkways, roads, parking areas, utility areas, landscaped areas, and other designated locations.
Perform detailed raking, blowing, collection, loading, hauling, and disposal of grass clippings, leaves, branches, vegetation, dirt, and other landscape debris.
Perform landscape installation and maintenance activities, including soil preparation, planting, seeding, transplanting, mulching, fertilizing, watering, pruning, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.
Assist with landscape restoration and improvement projects, including preparation of areas for new planting and removal or replacement of damaged or overgrown vegetation.
Perform professional pressure washing and exterior surface cleaning of concrete, sidewalks, driveways, walls, building exteriors, walkways, patios, parking areas, and other surfaces.
Select and properly operate pressure-washing equipment, nozzles, attachments, hoses, and cleaning equipment appropriate for different surfaces and cleaning requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
